Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2022 will be the eighth AGM.
AGM 2022 Timetable:
- 15th August 2022 - latest date for Notice of Meeting
- 21st August 2022 - last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
- 29th August 2022 - AGM starts
- 4th September 2022 - AGM ends
