There are various ways around this.
1. Create a joint Google email or other account where you can either use the calendar feature, and have separate shifts, or you can log in and out of .wiki.ilovefreegle.org/Mod_groups
2. Keep in contact via the Chat section for volunteers of your community on Modtools to establish a timetable, or just a simple signing in/off message.
