The Returning Officers ran a poll to establish the quorum for the 2015 AGM. The notice announcing the poll was posted on Central 9th June 2015 - https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/FreegleUK-Central/conversations/topics/53164
The poll was run on Fluid Surveys, the wording was:
Freegle AGM 2015 - Quorum
In accordance with the Rules...
No business shall be transacted at a general meeting unless a quorum of Members is present which shall include those Members not present in Person. Unless amended by Extraordinary Resolution, a quorum shall be 20 Members or 10% of the membership whichever is smaller, subject to a minimum of 3 Members.
At present, this will require a quorum of 11 members.
The result of the poll was announced by the Returning Officers in the same conversation thread above on Central on 14th June 2015:
"The quorum was reached.
Freegle Members Attending the AGM: 46
Freegle Members Not Attending: 5"
