Microvolunteering

This is a work in progress, the conversation threads during the development stage are listed below.

The idea is to offer members the opportunity to do small moderating tasks on their groups to help us out but mainly to stimulate interest in volunteering for Freegle.

These opportunities are made available automatically via the website, so teams can choose to have the facility on their community or not. The reviews/work the microvolunteers do will appear in modtools for moderator review.

The levels of moderating are:

• Basic - they said yes when asked. Review photos, similar word pairing, approved messages
• Moderate - the above + review of pending messages
• Advanced - currently (April 2021) the same as Moderate
• Declined - they said no
• Disabled - a mod said they couldn’t do it
