Revision as of 15:30, 25 April 2021
It is a mandatory requirement that all groups should have at least one representative on Freegle Central. It was decided at the 2016 AGM that this should be actively implemented and the Contacting Groups Procedure was adopted.
Modtools has an internal list of all known email addresses that have moderated each group. An annual process has been put in place to:
- Produce a list from Modtools of groups not obviously on Central (via checking with the membership list on Central group) and put that onto a spreadsheet.
- The spreadsheet can be accessed by the Board, Mentors, Central Mods, GAT, Support and Contact Admins.
- Each year a new tab will be added to show the unrepresented groups and all those with access to the list can check that the list is correct and mark if there is representation under other email addresses.
- The remaining unrepresented groups will be subject to the Contacting Groups Procedure.
