• Backing up your members list - a safeguard in case Yahoo suddenly decides to ditch your group for some reason

• Bouncing Members - Yahoo collects these up for you, this page explains what bouncing means and how you can work with it

• No mail to Special Notices - do you have members who have chosen 'No Mail'? This page explains how to make sure these members are kept up to date on your group

• Sending ID requests - how to nudge your members without a Yahoo ID into getting one

• Automated Files - when is the last time you checked the automated messages going out to your members? It's a good idea to read through them every now and then to see if they still reflect your guidelines and/or need refreshing.
