The draft date and times for the first Freegle Ltd AGM are as follows:
5 April 14 clear days before AGM. Last date for notifying Members of AGM.
19 April Director voting process ends
19 April Last date to pay Membership fees if a Member wishes to participate in the AGM
20 April AGM starts
20 April Only Volunteers on Membership Register on this date can vote during AGM.
20 April 24 hour poll to determine quorum
21 April Voting for Directors starts
26 April AGM ends.
or possibly end AGM on 27 April in order to allow a day for determining quorum and to allow 7 days for voting for Directors?
