• 12th September 2017 - competition opened
• 10th October - closed for submissions
• 24th October - voting opened
• 21st November - voting closed at midday. We finished 6th in our project category.
• 28th November - finalists announced
• 16th January 2018 - winners announced

• 15-20/11 - Bulk mail to all members
• 08/11 - Bulk mail to all groups mods with personalised appeal.
• 03-08/11 - Bulk mail to members, combined with a thank you for eBay.
• 02/11 - One-line header in the emails we send to members.
• 29/10 - Bulk mail to all group mods.
• Social media is scheduled regularly.
