Microvolunteering

This is a work in progress. The idea is to offer members the opportunity to do small moderating tasks on their groups to help us out but mainly to stimulate interest in volunteering for Freegle.

These opportunities are made available automatically via the website, so present teams don't have to do anything at present other than choose to have the facility on their community or not.
