Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2022 will be the eighth AGM.

AGM 2022 outline Timetable:

  • 15th August 2022 - latest date for Notice of Meeting
  • 21st August 2022 - last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
  • 29th August 2022 - AGM starts
  • 4th September 2022 - AGM ends
